NEW APPROACH TO FRENCH LITTERATURE ON YOUR TIME AND IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME OR OFFICE

L'Etranger D'Albert Camus

I have used L'ETRANGER with my French "A La Maison" students for years and thought that it could very well be adapted and taught as one on one reading/comprehension method for people who are interested to further their knowledge in French more through French literature than standard conversation.

This Method Is Designed for EMAIL TO EMAIL Exchange
RATES WILL VARY - CONTACT ME FOR MORE DETAILS

Your vocabulary and comprehension skills will drastically improve since I will be asking carefully chosen questions in French throughout the reading of the book, paragraph after paragraph and at the end of each chapter you will have a more general list of questions to answer.

TAKE THIS CHALLENGE JUST FOR FUN
Bonne Chance !

First Paragraph of L'Etranger read as follows :

Aujourd'hui, maman est morte. Ou peut-être hier, je ne sais pas. J'ai reçu un télégramme de l'asile: ''mère décédée. Enterrement demain. Sentiments distingués.'' Cela ne veut rien dire. C'était peut-être hier.

- mort/morte : dead
- reçu : received - participe passé du verbe recevoir
- un asile : a nursing home or hospice

With the help of the vocabulary provided, just answer the questions and have FUN !
